Store Manager Hibbett Sports - Clinton, MO May 2023 to Present As the store manager I am responsible for the day to day operation of the store. It is my job to recruit and hire of all staff members, as well as make sure that my staff is trained to give the best customer experience and push sales to reach goals. There are many sales goals that my team is required to meet, and must thrive to achieve. There is also events that we run such as back to school events where multiple stores come together to give back to the community that I would have my part in helping that come together. In my position I am responsible for the safety of all employees and customers. I do inventory on products weekly, receive product and display all product. Running our stores social media page, which includes engagement and posting frequently to reach goals. Front End Team Lead Walmart - Harrisonville, MO February 2022 to February 2023 I had responsibility for all cashiers, as well as door greeters, maintenance, and outlying departments. This includes keeping a tight schedule to give breaks and send people home, maintain registers, increase customer satisfaction to meet market standards, develop my team, maintain control and prosperity at all times. I deal with financials for the company, which include all cash in and out, checks, and card payments. I must create financial statements, and a paper trail to all of our money in and out of the store, as well as organize and create easy access to these statements. My main job was customer service. I had to provide over the top experience to the customer that pushed them towards giving us a 5 Star rating. We would also build relationships with the community to build up our community culture.
