Background
About Evan Jurisch
I have been working in the health profession for 7 years. I have my degree in Exercise Physiology. I have worked as a Fitness Coach, a Cardiac Rehab Exercise Physiologist, an Assistant Fitness Manager, and now a Fitness Administrator. My role as a Fitness Admin involves meeting with all new members, understanding their goals, history, and nutrition, and then setting them up with a program and the best coach for their needs. I'm proficient in training with kettlebells, free weights, sandbags, and battle ropes. I work with a wide variety of clients; those who want to lose weight, gain weight, or simply be healthy overall. I'm skilled in working with people of all ages and levels of physical activity levels.
