About Evan Kearney

I am a seasoned logistics and operations professional with 5+ years of experience in transportation management, dispatch operations, and team supervision. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for route optimization and cost-saving strategies, as well as for rebuilding client relationships and onboarding high-performing carriers, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to operational efficiency and logistics optimization throughout my career. As such, I have consistently driven performance improvements and streamlined fulfillment processes across various logistics environments. Professional focal points include transportation management systems (TMS), dispatch supervision, route optimization, KPI tracking, customer relationship management, and supply chain analysis. Delivering superior execution across these areas requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and leadership abilities in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.Currently, I serve as a full-time Operations Employee and Salesman with Moe-Mentum Transportation. In this role, I oversee shipment fulfillment via TMS, maintain direct carrier communications, and implement cost-saving strategies by optimizing shipment routes. I also re-engage lost clients, onboard new carriers, and negotiate competitive rates with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.Colleagues describe me as a proactive, analytical, and grounded professional who can be relied on to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results.I am currently exploring opportunities to transition into a Supply Chain Analyst or Logistics Coordinator role where I can apply my analytical and operational skill set to improve end-to-end logistics processes. Feel free to connect with me through this profile if you'd like to collaborate or share insights in the supply chain and logistics space.
