I am a scientist-turned-entrepreneur and executive with 15+ years of experience at the intersection of health, technology, and commercialization. At my core, I am a customer-centric leader who unites diverse teams around bold goals that deliver measurable outcomes—making life healthier, safer, and more human. My PhD and post-doctoral research in nerve health and function generated new biomarkers, clinical standards, and the first human trial to demonstrate nerve regeneration in diabetes. That work taught me how to transform complex science into real-world solutions—a mindset I’ve carried into every product and company I’ve built. At SMARTBUILD, I lead Customer Excellence and special projects, including smrt-E, an AI-powered compliance platform for multilingual construction teams. I also advanced our smartHEALTH biometric sensor, integrating stress, safety, and biometric monitoring into next-generation workforce safety solutions. Previously, I founded Nutarniq Corp. to commercialize my doctoral discoveries, co-founded the VIIVIO app to deliver personalized health insights through machine learning, and designed corporate data strategies by embedding predictive health algorithms into digital and clinical workflows. Along the way, I’ve secured multimillion-dollar funding pipelines, negotiated licensing partnerships, and guided startups through acquisition.
