I have successfully managed the VIP guest experience at various luxury properties, such as The Madrona in Healdsburg, California, The Just INN at Justin Vineyards and The Village Lodge at Mammoth Mountain, providing white glove service to high-profile and high net worth guests. After almost two decades of hotel operations, I have made the transition to the Retail industry where I can apply my unique skills and hospitality knowledge to a new and exciting industry. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Goucher College, which has helped me to understand the needs and preferences of different types of guests and to tailor my approach accordingly.
