About Evan McKenna

Designing and developing content for different cultures and age groups is full of exciting and rewarding challenges. In my years as a Training Course Developer and Graphic Designer, there is nothing more rewarding than overcoming any obstacles that a project presents, and delivering high calibre content that is carefully catered for all audiences is a skill that not only have I gained, but I now have a newfound appreciation of content that is accessible to all. Optimisation of workflow is something I have loved working with, and an area that I have studied extensively. While working with different teams in my past company, I have been able to enhance areas and optimise the flow in which they work. An example of this would be revamping the L&D department, introducing a ticket queue system and documenting the procedure, allowing for visibility and massive improvement in communicating and resolving requests. An efficient worker/team is able to accomplish so much more with their time.
