About Evan McMurray

I am currently an engineering student, with a concentration in civil engineering, at Elizabethtown College. As an engineering student, I am interested in understanding how and why things work the way they do, and solving problems - hence the job in IT. My work in IT allowed me to get familiar with working in a small team environment within a larger corporation. Through working on college projects I was able to get familiar with using Inventor and Revit. In freshman year, I worked on an electric RC-scale car which was modeled in Inventor and built in the college's fab lab. During my junior and senior years, I worked on designing and structurally analyzing a greenhouse for my college's campus. Through my freshman and sophomore years, I helped many other students with physics, through MATLAB, to the point of becoming a tutor per my professor's request.
