About Evan Miller

Evan Miller founded Miller Clinical Consulting LLC based on his experience as a Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Director at multiple substance use treatment facilities. Evan graduated with a Master of Counseling, specializing in Addictions from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2017. Since entering the field he has gained invaluable experience within the treatment center sphere. During his experience as a Clinical Director in Charlotte, NC and in Cherry Hill, NJ, it became evident that many aspects of treatment centers’ clinical structure, staffing, and client care promote an inefficient clinical product and company. This realization inspired MCC to design a model that provides leadership, hiring protocols, and system improvements to treatment facilities. MCC has a passion for providing quality clinical care, a healthy workplace for staff, and a profitable system for ownership. MCC believes client and company growth are contingent on company wellness. Centers that are plagued by ineffective staffing strategies, high turnover, and unexpected revenue loss are unequipped to provide quality services. MCC is dedicated to developing therapeutic systems that benefit client, staff, and corporation.
