As an operational effectiveness managing consultant with 8 years of policy and federal consulting experience, I lead cross-functional teams that specialize in improving efficiency of key business processes and implementing change to achieve operational goals. I work with executive clients on the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic priorities. I lead efforts to integrate transformative technology platforms across federal IT and healthcare agencies. I am passionate about executing initiatives that improve employee engagement and guiding my clients toward increased efficiency and efficacy of strategic priorities to better execute their mission. Outside of my client-facing role, I lead and support business development efforts to grow the business, including account planning, market research and analysis, and white paper and proposal development.
