PMP certified Project Manager currently searching for opportunities in Toronto. I completed my BSc in Zoology and MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation at the University of Leeds. My MSc research project based on virtual reality and urban greenspaces was published in the Land Journal. I landed my first role as an ecologist with Jacobs UK in 2019. After two years I decided I wanted to transfer to project management. I gained some experience working as an assistant PM on infrastructure projects on the side of my ecologist responsibilities. An opportunity arose to complete my switch to PM via a secondment working in defence (DE & S, the procurement arm of the MoD). I was promoted within a year and I have since gained my PMP qualification. I am now searching for PM roles in Toronto.
