About Evan Pierce

My name is Evan Pierce and I have spent the first part of my professional life (1990-2010) in the commodity futures business. I was brought to the industry by good friends Sean and John McNamara and enjoyed a long and successful career in Cotton Options and Futures, Currency Futures, and Stock Index Futures. In 2009 after having survived the worst financial crisis of our lifetimes, my wife and I relocated our family to the tiny hamlet of Norwich, Vermont seeking a better way of life for ourselves and our three children. After exploring several new career opportunities I settled into a different yet equally exciting professional role. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with Four Seasons Sotheby's International Realty here in the Upper Valley region of Vermont and New Hampshire. As a Realtor I can bring a market-based approach to real estate in today's economy by helping my clients understand risk management and opportunities in our area. Four Seasons Sotheby's is a local firm with global reach, giving our clients access to a vast array of information and expertise. Whether it's a million-dollar transaction or the smallest home in a rural area, my goal remains the same: help my clients to navigate the financial and emotional stress of buying or selling a piece of property.
