About Evan Raskin

Evan Raskin is the National Campaign Manager for EARTHDAY.ORG, the global organizers of Earth Day on April 22nd and environmental action year-round. He works to unite stakeholders of all backgrounds, from elected officials to community leaders, for climate action with the vision that investing in our planet is the best path forward not only for nature but also human prosperity. Since 2019, Evan has supported tens of thousands of environmental action events to mobilize the public as both volunteers and advocates. As the public face of Earth Day, Evan has participated in environmental summits and flagship Earth Day events across the globe from Egypt to Hawaii; he has also been featured in dozens of television, radio, and print media publications as an official spokesperson of Earth Day. Before joining EARTHDAY.ORG, Evan assisted the British Embassy in developing a plan to eliminate single-use plastics from their US operations. He now serves as the National Campaign Manager for EARTHDAY.ORG. Outside of his environmental interests, Evan is a gallery-featured painter and recording artist who loves creating a variety of music with the 10 types of instruments he plays. Evan is fluent in French and English with intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
