I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 10+ years of clinical leadership across ABA therapy, early intervention, school-based programs, clinics, group homes and telehealth. Over the past year I've been building software to solve problems I've experienced firsthand in this field.I independently designed and built, a HIPAA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted messaging platform for ABA therapy teams and families. It runs natively on web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows, deployed on AWS, with full audit logging and role-based access controls. No CS background. No team. Just deep clinical knowledge, genuine curiosity, and the ability to use modern AI development tools to ship something real.My clinical work spans a wide range: Regional Manager overseeing 5 offices and 100+ staff at CARD, Early Intervention Clinical Manager, school-based BCBA, telehealth consultant, and currently BCBA at Momentum Behavior Services supporting Minnesota-based ABA clinics remotely. I've spent a decade translating complex behavioral science into systems that work for families, for therapy teams, and now for software.What I'm building toward is the intersection of behavioral healthcare and technology. I believe the biggest opportunities in ABA right now aren't clinical, they're operational. Documentation burden, team communication gaps, family engagement, AI-assisted clinical workflows.
