About Evan Tingle

Hello there! My name is Evan and I am a dual citizen theatre major from Canada. I am currently living in Boston, Massachusetts, working with some of the best educators in North America. My passion for helping students came to me from my high school theater arts teacher. She showed me what it meant to truly love my art, simply by having genuine faith in me, and giving me the support I needed. I constantly remind myself of the powerful effect my teacher had on me, and believe every person I interact with has something amazing waiting to be believed in.In my free time, I have managed to use public relations in a number of ways to promote my own theatricalperformances and educational workshops. This stems from my educational experience at Humber College Theatre Performance program, in which students are trained under the awareness that an actor must also run their own small business in the process, in order to earn a living. As such, I am a self taught designer and visual artist, and it is because of this I have personal experience on how Postcards, Posters, along with careful and engaging social media management, all play a critical role in how an art form can be received. All of this experience resulted in an overflowing amount of interest in my own personally designed creative arts programs for children, funded by various cities through grant applications.I dream of sharing my experience with as many people as I can to empower the creative minds of tomorrow!
