About Evan Vance

Honesty, Integrity, and love are our core values. As founder and CEO of VGE, I am where I am today because of experiences. I am a product of a lifetime of limit setting, decision making, failures, and success. As a young man I was a salesman for Terminix and Dodson Brothers, where I learned to deal with customers, but also gleaned from the company a bigger picture as I watched them grow into a Billion Dollar company to become the biggest Pest Control Company in the world. When I worked for Dodson brothers I did many of the same tasks. I saw in them a small amount of family still left in their organization that was smaller but multistate strong. As a Licensed Nurse I learned everyone needs someone at some point in life to help them up when they are at their worst. Family, love, and caring are all things I wish to keep in my organization. Money is never more important than the people you serve and to become the greatest leader you need to become a servant to all. As you lift others up you in turn are lifted.
