About Evan Washington

Vince Lombardi once said, “Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.” To me, chasing perfection in work is serving your customers through focused collaborative teamwork. I grew up watching my father design, build, and operate customer management and business operations systems for companies all over the world. I learned that understanding and taking care of your customers, team, and partners are requirements for success, not management talking points, and that serving customers, as well as supporting your team and partners, are a continuous rather than a sometime effort. I have always been committed to the joy of my customers and the success of my team through my drive to exceed expectations, my creativity, my commitment to achieve excellence, and leadership by example, both as a team leader and member. I understand that leadership is not just from the front, but also from the ranks, always acting with integrity, focusing on customers, treating everyone with respect, and participating, as well as leading, in the execution and accomplishment of all team efforts.
