My name is Evan and I'm a chemist and food technologist with a fascination for beer, beverages, and flavors. I currently work in Bar.on as its research and development lead for non-alcoholic beer and precision flavor compounds. I started my career in beer when I co-founded and worked as the head brewer of the Nipa Brew microbrewery in Manila.
