Welcome to my LinkedIn profile! I am a hard-working and ambitious George Brown student who is taking some time off to gain valuable work experience. I would ideally like to work in a customer service position as I am passionate about working with people, helping customers and ensuring exceptional service is always delivered. The experience I gained working as a Phone Operator at Kingsboro Taxi has taught me how to handle a variety of customer demands, how to deal with angry/upset customers, and how to calmly handle a high volume of incoming calls and more. Good prioritization, time management and organization skills were also needed in this position. I have also gained some technical skills while completing my Mechanical Engineering Technology degree. Although I have not finished, many of my courses taught me organizational skills, understanding complex workflows and projects, building and planning, as well as learning new computer software programmes such as AutoCAD.
