I have over 6 years experience in both the Outbound and Inbound Communications industry, specializing in both shareholder and customer communications as well as 4 Years experience as a Project Officer contracted to the Australian Defense Force. I'm an experienced Client Services expert with a demonstrated track record in working with clients to develop multi-channel communications that meet their requirements and shareholder needs. Throughout my career, I have managed large scaled projects working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client milestones/deadlines in an operational environment. I place a lot of effort towards client satisfaction as I deem this to be a reflection of the quality of work I produce and is an important part of how I treat and manage each project small or large. I believe that it is important to have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as extensive project management/project coordination experience. I have the ability to build a good rapport and sustaining relationship with all my clients, whilst working towards achieving successful outcomes. I am able to adapt my way of thinking to any situation or challenge put before me and find the best possible solution and end result.
