About Evandro Rodrigues

Curiosity and willingness to get to know how things work in depth always set me on the move. After studying electrical engineering, I started my career in the development area, first creating solutions to meet the demands of my duties as an engineer and then leading software development teams. My curiosity then turned to the efficient processes of software development and people, especially with remote teams and how to promote the team well being by reducing stress and increasing efficiency. E-Opt was born to support projects that need a team to provide the development of high-performance software and the infrastructure required for projects to run with security, performance and scalability. By keeping myself in the position of leader of these teams I always looked for to be inspirational, in touch with the technologies and helping to remove the blocks and conflicts thus delivering more value to the customers.
