About Evangeline Argyle

I am a psychology graduate, awarded with 2:1 honours degree (accredited by the British Psychological Society) from Keele University. I have graduated with a Merit in my MSc (Research) in Cognitive Neuroscience and Human Neuroimaging at the University of Sheffield. My recent work has focused on how the relationship between the brain, its function and the mechanisms that underpin behaviour. Moreover, I have focused on how cognitive neuroscience and human neuroimaging relates function to underlying neural substrates. I have achieved this through a 22 week research project working in the Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield, investigating the role of vascular damage in Alzheimer's disease and the effect it has on the brains structure, and cognitive function. I have experience working in a clinical and professional enviroment, namely, universities, hospitals, care homes and resettlement projects. I know how to conduct myself in a professional way, I am hard working and I get results. I am actively looking for research assistant jobs in the field of neuroscience, neurology, neuropsychology, psychiatry, and other clinical industries. Also within the lab environment; microbiology specifically, working with bacterial cultures.
