Electrical Engineer (March 2021 - March 2022)- EPCM AECI awarded EPCM as their technology partner for EPC containerized emulsion plant projects. The first project involved the refurbishment of an existing containerized plant. All electrical and instrumentation wiring had to be changed to comply with Australian standards. Intermediate Electrical Engineer (January 2020 - February 2021)- Hatch CCS JV 9500 Person Camp: Hatch was awarded the Engineering portion of the EPC contract, for the 9500 Person Camp, that will house all the employees working on the onshore Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant development in Mozambique. The project deliverables included- Load lists, MV & LV cable routing, outdoor lighting designs and simulations, equipment layouts, earthing layouts, miniature substation designs, equipment lists, and MV reticulation designs. Northam Platinum Limited Northam upgraded Furnace No 1 along with several surrounding infrastructures. Project Experience- Furnace Electromagnetic - Thermal Analysis (FEA) simulations in MagNet- Scope of Work (SoW) for outside lighting at the Slag Granulation and Slag Dumping side. Graduate/Junior Electrical Engineer (June 2018 – December 2019)- Aurecon Work Experience Summary at Aurecon South Africa (Pty) Ltd: Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) Protection Settings The protection settings for the 132 kV Makoba and Samochima substations in Botswana were compiled based on the BPC protection philosophy. Sasol Switchgear Refurbishment Project Design Experience- Auxiliary Panel Designs (AC-DB, DC-DB, Remote Control Panel (RCP), Annunciator Panel, Battery, Isolator Panel, Interface Relay Panel (IRP)- Substation Layout Design, Cable Schedule, Cable Termination Schedules, Cable Block Diagrams; Practical Experience- Attended Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for Auxiliary panels, containerized mini substation (used during load swing over process) and main switchgear. Protection Grading- Produced protection settings for the mini substation feeders according to the specified protection philosophy provided by the Client. Graduate Electrical Engineer (April 2017 – June 2018)- Black & Veatch Work Experience Summary at Kusile Power Station Project- Electrical Inspections and safety clearances on Unit 1,2,3 of Kusile Power Station - Data Pack Reviews- Assisted with the conceptual designing phase for a prospective ash dump project
