Site visits and surveys. Supervision of the assembly and installation to Wider specified standards of a variety of customized items such as cabinets, showcases, sales furniture, carpentry and millwork with integrated technology display and electrical equipment. Plan and prepare installation schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Recruit, hire and train local carpenters and installers according the needs of each project. Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities. Choose and select appropriate equipment to complete the jobsites and achieve the objective of the work order. Prioritize work assignments and liaise with general contractors and/or architects or other trades to ensure the projects\work orders are completed safely, accurately and in a timely manner. Organize transportation and deliveries planification on site. Ensure attention to detail and kein sense of safeguarding customer's property during installation. Participates in and implement safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment Control quality of final installation and handover. Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations. Supervise general maintenance and after sales services. Advise and solve any troubleshooting and problems on site. Prepare reports and debriefing of meetings on site.
