I have 20 years’ experience on all aspects of quantity surveying work that includes taking-off quantities from drawings and compiling the bills of quantities, tender and contract documents. I have also honed vast experience with major aspects of commercial management, contractual advice and opinions, preparation of claims and defense of claims, as well as negotiating settlements or preparation of submissions of claims according to the dispute resolution procedure stated within the respective contracts. This includes adjudications, arbitrations and where required, assisting legal counsel in preparation for litigation. I have in the past held the positions of site contracts manager, commercial manager, project quantity surveyor, senior contracts engineer, senior contracts administrator, etc, placements for large construction companies and EPCM consultancy on multi-million dollar projects ranging across four countries.
