Past areas of focus include domestic and international healthcare recruitment and staffing, hospital and medical practice development, physician relations, strategic, organizational and business development for healthcare services, product/service development and implementation and market identification for healthcare organizations. Currently engaged as the Network Development Consultant for MindCare Solutions Group, Inc. a Nashville, Tennessee based national telemedicine and tele-behavioral health company providing care in a variety of settings across multiple states. In 2002 was one of three partners that founded International MedLink, Inc. an international healthcare recruiting and staffing company focused on placing high quality, experienced registered nurses from the Philippines in U.S. hospitals and healthcare facilities due to the increasing nursing shortage. In 2006 started Asean Health, LLC to develop secondary healthcare business opportunities between the U.S. and Philippine healthcare markets. Primary areas of business included- Home care and hospice nursing service in the Philippines for Filipino and expatriate patients - Developed an international joint venture with a major Philippine medical transcription company to provide low cost, high quality medical transcription services to U.S. physician practices, clinics and diagnostic imaging centers- Built a medical instrument and supply distribution chain to match foreign suppliers with distributors in the Philippines- Initiated potential telemedicine services between major medical centers in Manila with smaller hospitals in the provinces.
