About Eve Bernier

I’m a creative leader with a hybrid background spanning dance, multimedia design, and large-scale entertainment. For 15+ years, I’ve worked at the crossroads of artistic vision and technical execution — from graphic design and video mapping to show operations, team leadership, and creative development.I spent a decade in Macau as Lead Projectionist for The House of Dancing Water, helping preserve the show’s artistic integrity through major technical upgrades. Most recently at Cirque du Soleil’s headquarters, I rebuilt the studios' AV department from the ground up, modernizing equipment and shaping a high-performing team.My strengths: clear communication, strong creative ideation, cross-cultural leadership, and the ability to bring coherence to complex productions. I thrive where imagination and structure meet — especially in roles that guide teams toward compelling artistic outcomes.I’m now seeking opportunities in creative direction and multidisciplinary team leadership for live experiences.
