With over a decade of experience spanning business development, product development and product management, online marketing, and content strategy, I’ve built my career on a unique blend of skills: identifying gaps in the market, shaping innovative solutions, driving new product development, launching them successfully, and managing customer relationships from first contact to long-term growth. I’ve worked across high-performance textiles and their many applications, including PPE, addressing the needs of the defence, aerospace, industrial, and medical sectors, leading brand and product launches, expanding into new markets, and securing high-value contracts with clients across EMEA and North America. My background combines commercial strategy with a deep understanding of complex materials, safety standards, diverse applications, and customer expectations, from OEMs and distributors to end users and decision-makers. Over time, I found myself drawn to the story behind the product, the overlooked datasheet, the muddled launch message, the missed opportunity to connect technical excellence with market needs. As a bilingual linguist and longtime translator, I naturally gravitated toward shaping the words that shaped the business. But beyond the words, I thrive on bridging R&D, compliance, and commercial goals to ensure protective products are not only engineered to perform but positioned to succeed. While my career has been rooted in business development, I am increasingly focused on the product management path and aligning innovation with standards, markets, and customer needs.
