Relocated to Amsterdam this year and I’ve joined the team at Jetbrains as a HR Partner to the Kotlin Ecosystem Department. I care about wellbeing, belonging and equity. As a Wellbeing Partner in Employee Relations, my focus was building a supportive, inclusive, accessible and positive employee experience at all levels within the organisation. I joined APRA as a People Partner with APRA’s Banking & ESD divisions working with leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, talent management, performance and implementation of People & Culture programs. Prior to APRA, I was a HR Generalist in People Solutions at Bankwest, supporting leaders and colleagues with the delivery of core HR processes, HR policy advice, HR projects and organisational change management. Before moving into generalist HR, I was an end-to-end Talent Acquisition Partner advising stakeholders across Business & Corporate Banking, Products & Marketing, HR, Strategy and Corporate Affairs throughout the recruitment and selection process. I am an accessibility advocate, ally of the LGBTIQ+ community, supporting this crazy ideal that everyone is equal! In my free time, I like to look after my physical and mental health. I'm passionate about music, regularly practice pilates, yoga and meditation.
