Committed to thriving landscapes and a non-toxic environment. I understand much about food production - often the things most people would rather not confront: pesticide use, biodiversity loss, and their climate, health, and social impacts. Agronomist engineer with a PhD in Agricultural Ecology, specialized in pest management and crop protection. I work to develop and implement sustainable, integrated agricultural systems that balance social, environmental, and economic dimensions. My academic and professional experience across Sweden, Europe, and the Americas provides a comprehensive understanding of the food chain—from field to plate—its challenges, agricultural R&D, on-farm applications, and European agri-environmental policies. I bring a broad network spanning government, NGOs, agricultural stakeholders, and academia, and have extensive experience leading multi-stakeholder projects. Driven by the urgency to halt biodiversity loss, I advocate for a rapid transition to farming that protects and enhances biodiversity, mitigates climate impact, and ensures fairness for all actors.
