About Evelien Close
Always involve customers in your entire design process. With my design research skills, which I apply throughout the design process starting with empathizing, I have an eye for customers' needs and desires. This is both necessary and mandatory for creating a successful company product. In July 2020, I started working part-time as a Conversation Designer at Mobile Water while pursuing my bachelor's degree in Communication & Multimedia Design. I received my bachelor's degree in July 2021.In February 2023, I received my Master of Science in Communication and Information Sciences with a specialization in New Media Design. In March 2023, I continued my career as a Conversation Designer at Essent. In this role, I designed customer service chatbots for Essent and Energiedirect alongside my colleagues on the Conversational Team. As of November 2025, I began my journey as an entrepreneur. I’m currently focused on growing my own company, Kloowse, working as a digital marketer. My mission is to help companies and organizations in the healthcare and wellness sector improve their online visibility.
