During this time, I worked with various systems, including SAP, Movex, EPIX, S4H, and Dynamics 365, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across finance and billing teams. Currently, I’m a Senior Business Process Analyst in the technology sector, where I leverage my accounting and master data expertise to drive process optimization and data quality. In this role, I lead several initiatives, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to test and enable new system capabilities that align with business objectives. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in data analysis, process mapping, and business requirements creation. I am also experienced in stakeholder management and work to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams. I focus on data quality, running daily system checks and implementing new processes to enhance data integrity. Promoted to a senior position within my team, I now coordinate multiple projects and am responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to optimize system performance and streamline operations. My technical skills include a solid understanding of SQL and a strong proficiency in Excel. What really drives me, though, is my passion for continuous improvement and my ability to collaborate with diverse teams to find practical solutions.
