I am passionate about connecting people from different ‘cultures’, especially IT and non-IT. As I communicate a lot, I am convinced that drawing and visual thinking make work and life a lot easier to understand. Getting things done by I am a driven facilitator, which makes that I’m getting things done. Colleagues and clients tell me that my communication style is easy and to the point. As a trainer and education developer, I believe training interactively and positively is critical for sustainable development. I am intrigued by brain-based-learning and use these insights in my training sessions. I believe teams, with their knowledge of day-to-day business, have the ability themselves to find bottlenecks. People and teams that contribute to the overall organization and its customers with their strength really inspire me.
