About Everett Turpin

I am a traveler so if you want to hear me go on a complete tangent, feel free to pull the string. I am currently wrapping up a 6-month, 20+ country journey that has truly opened my eyes to the people who make up this world and has left me very introspective on how I want to live my life going forward. I return to North American soil late in June 2023. I care about the world and social issues, namely mental health. When it comes to technology, I am a dumb simpleton. That's my brand and I'm sticking to it. Having worked in business technology, and specifically Salesforce for over 15 years, I have seen a lot of incredible change. That being said, my passion is around fundamentals and not chasing technology, which I have seen too often in the past 5 years (plus!). I want to disrupt Salesforce in the opposite direction. I want you to spend wisely. At its core, there is amazing, and often, untapped value in the primary Salesforce license that can result in huge ROI, without additional license spend. This is my focus. Value, not chasing shiny objects until we are done with the foundation. No crumbling houses, just scalable ones. I care about people. Whether it is outside of work or inside the project lines, I will treat everyone with respect and expect the same. Close attention to change management is part of everything I work on. You don't have to put up with my oddball sense of humour, but it helps. It's what I call 'having fun, seriously'. Your project is taken with an extreme degree of sensitivity, but let it not be dull!
