About Everly Ban-Torres

I’m a Workforce Placement Manager driven by relationships, purpose, and impact. At the core of my work is a genuine passion for connecting people to opportunities and building strong partnerships that create long-term success for individuals, teams, and communities.I thrive in roles that require collaboration, communication, and leadership. Whether I’m supporting career pathways, coordinating programs, or working alongside industry partners, I bring an organized, people-first approach and a strong belief that meaningful relationships are the foundation of great outcomes.Outside of work, I’m a proud soccer mom who loves managing sports teams and staying actively involved in my sons’ school activities. From the sidelines to the classroom, I’ve learned that leadership, encouragement, and teamwork matter everywhere — and those lessons show up in how I lead professionally.I’m energized by growth, new challenges, and opportunities to make a difference, and I’m always excited to connect with others who share a commitment to building people up and moving work forward.
