I am a CPA, highly proactive, organized, hardworking, and self-driven, with impeccable integrity and excellent customer care, and passionate about maximizing value for organization resources. I am also tech-savvy, very eager, and a quick learner who adapts easily. I am a team player who learned to treat others with respect and I appreciate cultural diversity. Extensive experience and knowledge in Accounting, Finance, and taxation, having worked for LifeNet International for close to 6 years now heading the finance department, Uganda Revenue Authority - Domestic Taxes Department for 7 years, and Uganda Christian University - Arua Centre for close to 3 years as the Bursar. Key achievements include; Income Tax exemption processing, together with Leadership improved statutory compliance which led to granting of Income Tax Exemption to LifeNet International, improved reporting and record keeping, active participation in the development of policies (finance manual, HR manual), internal controls, developing and improving processes and systems as well as championing the implementation of new/improved processes and systems, and training staff.
