Experienced Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry for the first 10 years of my HR career and another 4 years within the Igaming Sector. Skilled in Human Resources, Recruitment, Front Office, Management, Customer Service, and Hotel Management. Strong human resources professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Tourism Studies from University of Malta.Working within the hospitality industry, both in Malta and abroad in leading hotels has thought me many key people and communication skills as well as how to embrace working with people coming from different background and cultures. Furthermore, being a core part of the HR departments in the hospitality industry has enforced the passion of working with people and putting them first in every decision that need to be taken. During the past 4 years of my career in HR, I have welcomed the challenge to work in a different industry - Igaming. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with leaders who are industry experts and have embraced the 'family-style' culture whilst being professional and have fun on a daily basis. Working at L&L Europe has thought me many new skills whilst being myself!I love my job! My clients are my colleagues, my team. I love helping people achieve their goals, acknowledge the potential within themselves as well as communicate with people coming from all walks of life to eventually be both happy and productive at their place of work!
