I am the Group General Counsel and Head of Legal and Governance Group at Macquarie and am a member of Macquarie’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Macquarie, I was at law firm King & Wood Mallesons, where I was most recently the Managing Partner responsible for the Australian firm's M&A and Banking & Finance Teams, head of the Financial Services Sector Team and a member of the firm's International Management Committee. I have been ranked by Chambers and various other various other legal industry publications as a leading lawyer, written a regular column on trends in M&A for the Australian Financial Review and have been a Visiting Lecturer at Monash University teaching a course in equity capital markets law. I am a member of Corporations Committee of the Law Council of Australia, Law Society of New South Wales and State Bar of New York, and a member of Chief Executive Women. I previously served on the board of Asia Society Australia, and as a member of the Leadership Circle for Action Aid’s Arise Fund.
