About Evie Snyder

Nice to meet you! I'm Evie, a student leader eager to combine the exciting possibilities in business and technology. As someone who firmly believes that business is becoming a technological field, I feel it is important to challenge myself by developing skills in all aspects of the business and computer science world. I am proficient in programming languages, database design and development, and essential business fundamentals. I am a senior-level student double majoring in Computer Science and Marketing at Widener University. In addition to my academics, my primary focus is all things leadership. From successfully leading Widener's Computer Science Club in my role as President to receiving a certificate in Leadership Development from Hershey Entertainment and Resorts, I am confident in my ability to lead ambitious and talented individuals to success. Another one of my goals involves challenging myself to learn new skills and provide value to any team I work with. During my most recent internship at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, I studied for and passed my Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam. While my biggest career goal is having flexibility to explore different aspects of the business world, my short-term goals include interning in both business and technology roles throughout the remainder of my time at Widener. If you would like to get to know me more, connect with me and reach out to discuss business, marketing, and technology!
