I have education and extensive experience and training in Special Education, Healthcare, and Customer Service. I have attended Delaware Technical Community College completing several semesters with credits geared towards general education and health care. I obtained a National Health Insurance Specialist Certification from Dawn Career Institute (currently inactive to pursue a career in Special Education and Behavior/Emotional/Social skills and support). Earned a Special Education Specialized Diploma and additional credits from Northampton Community College. Within my time working for Hermitage School District and required as a student in an education program I hold all current clearances. Additional current CPR/first Aid, Applied Behavior Analysis intensive training certification, and safety-care/de-escalation certification. Currently I am working on the Registered Behavioral Technician Certification through Autism Partnership Foundation and working Extended School Year at Hermitage School District K-7 Applied Behavior Analysis program in the Special Education Department for the summer. Registered to continue pursuance of Special Education A.A. degree Fall 2023. Experience in leadership roles managing difficult situations and de-escalation/ safety care experience, interpersonal, social/emotional skills education and training. Customer service handling customer concerns and complaints. Extensive phone etiquette experience and conversational skills, interpersonal skills, troubleshooting with electronics and vocal resolution skills. Health insurance education and experience working with healthcare facilities, doctors offices, and health insurance companies and legal heath care attorneys.
