With a background in food science & packaging, I have a strong background in research & development, sensory analysis, and product formulation. I also have a certification in Digital Marketing from UCLA Extension Program, which enables me to leverage social media platforms and online tools such as Google Analytics and Suites to promote and market new products. As a Beverage research and development product manager, I manage multiple long-term projects from concept to launch and create new and innovative teas and coffee beverages, based on market research and consumer trends. I have established strong partnerships with major food, flavor brands and dairy plants, resulting in the development of new frozen yogurt flavors and RTD beverage products, increasing sales by up to 30%.
