About Evonne McCabe

Over 20 years of experience and training has developed my expertise in engaging internal and external stakeholders on projects that vary in size and nature, including large infrastructure projects as part of the community and stakeholder engagement function on a project; or as part of the change management activities for the introduction of a new collaboration tool deployed across a global business. Using clear messages and awareness and adoption tools I have been able to harness constructive input to support the development, deployment and continuous improvement of project outputs. I am passionate about using collaboration and cooperation to reach desired outcomes. The improved quality from the participation of relevant stakeholders and key influencers is testament to this approach. My stakeholder analysis skills are honed from the different projects I have worked on, and my interest in ongoing learning and professional development. I am motivated, quick to learn, and positive in my approach to tasks. I have an integrated and easy going manner when leading teams, whether they are for a project or an organisation. My skills are best suited to roles in knowledge management; internal and external communications; and change management. However, transferring ideas and skills across industries or roles can be a powerful way to generate ideas/innovation, and I'm always eager to try something new!
