Starting my career as a retail operations coordinator at Starbucks after earning my MBA, I've since worked in various corporate and public sectors. I've led event planning and project management efforts, cutting costs by 10% and boosting team efficiency. I've overseen the entire lifecycle of organizational initiatives, achieving 25% efficiency gains and 10% cost reductions at implementation. I handle tight deadlines in every project, manage risks, and motivate teams by staying flexible and forward-thinking. Outside of work, I engage in advocacy work focused on raising awareness and promoting support for individuals (like myself) affected by my Lymphedema. I was diagnosed with congenital primary Lymphedema and have been living with this condition my entire life. It is characterized by chronic swelling in my right leg due to an impaired lymphatic system. It often goes unnoticed and underserved in public discourse. I strive to elevate the visibility of Lymphedema and advocate for improved access to resources. I aim to drive positive change in policies, healthcare practices, and public perceptions surrounding Lymphedema. I enjoy traveling worldwide (I explore one new country every year), cooking, fashion, going to a live show, and, more importantly - rollerskating.
