About Evthimios Karaliolios

Currently, I am an Investment Director in the team of Vendis Capital. In this role, I manage new investment opportunities, structure transactions and help to improve operations at current investments in Kamera Express, ECOstyle and Prime Care Clinics. In addition, I managed various add-on investments for ECOstyle and Prime Care Clinics. Previously, I had various roles in the investment team of HAL Investments. I led the preparations for the postponed IPO of Coolblue and guided the sale of MYLAPS. In addition, I was a member of the deal team of the transactions of Pro Gamers Group, Van Wijnen and SB Real Estate, as well as several add-on acquisitions for Coolblue, Safilo and MYLAPS. I graduated cum laude in the area of Thermal Engineering from the master Sustainable Energy Technology at the University of Twente. Previously I had the honor to receive the Young Talent-award from the KHMW (Royal Dutch Society of Science). During my masters, my interest in the energy transition was expressed in an ambassadorship of the CETT program of the Topsector Energie. Before I started to study in Enschede, I was a fulltime tennis professional for four years. Injuries forced me to quit this career, but not before I reached a career high ranking of #14 in The Netherlands and #835 worldwide. During my tennis career, I have been a Dutch Youth Champion twice and I have been in the final of the European Youth Championship. This career path has shaped me into a motivated and ambitious person. I am disciplined, precise and loyal to the people surrounding me. I like to focus on the broader picture and overarching strategy.
