I strive for achievement – to be competent and successful in everything I do. Work experiences I am currently working as a Pricing Strategy Manager at PayPal. I design pricing strategy for products in close collaboration with the product managers, sales, operations, etc. In my prior work experience I developed both qualitative and quantitative skillsets. I learned business strategy by working at a management consulting firm and at Wharton Business School. I built a strong analytical foundation by developing quantitative models using programming languages and statistics at JP Morgan Chase and Credit Suisse. Leadership-style Leadership to me is problem solving with emotional intelligence. I break down complex problems into smaller pieces and prioritize. Once I have a plan, I work hard, learn and collaborate to get the job done. I enhance my team’s impact by showing compassions and providing support.
