With a background in project management, research, and strategic planning, I specialise in shaping higher education policies and programmes that drive institutional change and build postgraduate community. At Trinity College Dublin, I have led the development and implementation of transformative initiatives to enhance postgraduate education. Key achievements include: Developing and launching Trinity’s first Supervisor-Research Student Agreement, setting clear expectations and fostering stronger academic relationships. Enhancing forms and templates supporting research progression, along with creating guidance documents to support PhD students and staff through critical progression milestones. Implementing a Personal Development Planning (PDP) template and career planning process for research students, ensuring structured growth and professional readiness. Designing a suite of supports and resources for early conflict resolution between supervisors and students, enhancing research environments. Organising and delivering events for postgraduate students to promote learning and community building. Leading the transition and adoption of the new resources across the academic community, ensuring seamless integration through training and support. Presenting and contributing to presentations at national and international conferences, impacting global discussions on postgraduate education reform. Graduate of the Aurora Women in Leadership Programme. I am passionate about strategic policy development, stakeholder engagement, and programme governance in higher education.
