During my 20 years in Food & Beverage industry, I have gained invaluable managerial skills. I have been responsible for hiring and supervising staff. I have strong leadership skills and I and coach teams effectively making sure that the customer is well taken care of. I’m good at multitasking and finding an appropriate solution in various difficult situations in a fast-paced customer service environment. I have performed a range of administrative tasks such as payroll, banking, inventory control, vendor sourcing and supply orders. I have been involved in all aspects of daily operations and customer service responsibilities. I'm trustworthy and accountable for my actions. I value open and honest relationships. I listen attentively to everyone around me, I always try to come to the conclusions based on my own observations and not be persuaded by anyone. I value constructive feedback and always looking to implement positive changes in my work environment.
