I'm developing tools to measure it and provide management model – Management By Individualisation (MBI) – making real use of these data. Scientifically reliable and business proven. This is the result of 15 exciting and successful years in business consulting. More background? 15 years working with many different models and approaches to people development (line workers, mid managers, top executives) 7 years focus on Reiss Motivation Profile (developed by prof. Steven Reiss - worldwide most recognized intrinsic motivation scientist). This tool wasn't available in Poland, therefore I founded RMP Poland, adapted it respecting scientific standards, and- trained 200+RMP Masters (specialists qualified in using RMP)- provided RMP to customers - conduct 20+ successful business programmes (e.g. Santander Bank, Jaguar Land Rover, Philip Morris, Yamaha, DPD) Finally, I wrote the book revealing leverages of success.
