With an emphasis on process improvements, we have reduced response times and consistently improved service quality using my lean office management approach. My role expanded into the recruiting arena, where I managed the complex hiring process, supporting the distribution of inquiries to external and internal vendors and ensuring the continuity of the company's talent acquisition process. To foster a productive and supportive work environment, knowing that communication is the foundation, I became involved in facilitating effective coordination between departments, external suppliers and our team. Through my dedication, I have led to an improvement in the flow of information within the company and the adoption of a broader perspective by colleagues from other teams, which has had a significant impact on internal collaboration between departments.
