About Ewa Polak

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Mentor Coach, ICF Assessor, Facilitator, and Business Trainer with 12 years of experience. I have gained my coaching experience working with clients from Europe, Canada, the United States, and Central America, including expats and professionals in multicultural environments. I work with executives, senior managers, entrepreneurs, and individuals, specializing in emotional intelligence, leadership development, and executive coaching. I help leaders understand and manage emotions while cultivating authentic leadership. My coaching is thought-provoking and inspiring — through powerful questioning and reflective practice, I guide my clients to unlock their full potential and achieve extraordinary results. Originally from Poland, I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology. I spent 11 years living in Guatemala, where I gained extensive experience as a trainer and facilitator, designing and leading workshops for NGOs, organizations, and multicultural teams. During that time, I also co-founded and ran a restaurant in Antigua, navigating a highly competitive market and learning firsthand about leadership, resilience, and entrepreneurship. Before coaching, I gained broad professional experience in marketing, hospitality, learning & development, team management, and sales, which informs my coaching approach with practical business insight. I am an enthusiastic world traveler, energized by cultural diversity, new challenges, and meaningful human connections.
