I am a sales specialist in HR & Payroll outsourcing services with nearly 15 years of experience in both local and international markets. For over 10 years, I combining determination with a flexible, client-focused approach. My mission is to deliver solutions that are simple yet effective – solutions that truly relieve HR and finance departments and enable organizations to focus on business growth. My expertise includes- acquiring and developing B2B client relationships- conducting complex business negotiations- preparing tailored outsourcing solutions and offers- coordinating implementations and ensuring project stability- optimizing HR/Payroll processes. I act as a “quiet leader”, motivating teams to collaborate, create new solutions, and overcome barriers. Currently, I am expanding my skills in project management and exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence in business to combine sales with innovation even more effectively. I aim to make a measurable difference to the organisations our Company serves.
